    The Lindsey Bartley Team is hiring a high-level Transaction Manager / Executive Assistant to help us deliver a 10x experience to clients and agents. This is not an entry-level admin position. This is a key operations role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and takes full ownership of their responsibilities. You will be the person who keeps everything moving—anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. If you are someone who executes quickly, communicates clearly, and performs well under pressure, this role was built for you. Responsibilities: This role blends transaction management, executive support, and operations. Transaction Management (approx. 50%) • Oversee contracts from contract to close alongside our TC • Communicate with buyers and sellers to ensure a seamless experience • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and vendors • Schedule inspections, appraisals, and key deadlines • Ensure compliance and deadlines are consistently met Executive Assistant Support • Manage calendars, emails, and priorities for leadership • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems • Keep leadership focused on high-value activities Operations & Team Support • Support agents with contracts and processes • Manage and maintain CRM (Sierra Interactive) • Run reports and track KPIs • Help improve systems and workflows Qualifications: The right person for this role is: • Extremely organized – you thrive on structure and details • Fast-paced – you move quickly without sacrificing accuracy • Proactive – you anticipate needs before being asked • A strong communicator – clear, confident, and professional • Calm under pressure – you perform well in high-stress situations • Execution-driven – you take ownership and get things DONE • Leadership-minded – you can guide, support, and elevate others Experience Preferred • Executive assistant, office manager, or operations experience • Real estate, title, or lending experience strongly preferred • Transaction coordination experience is a plus Compensation: $50,000
