The Lucas Howard Group is looking for a detail-driven, organized, and proactive Assistant Transaction Coordinator to help keep our real estate deals running smoothly from contract to close. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Transaction Coordinator and agents to: • Manage deadlines and ensure nothing slips through the cracks • Provide behind-the-scenes support that keeps clients and agents informed • Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and a calm presence—even when things get busy If you have real estate experience and love turning chaos into order, you’ll be a valued part of our top-producing, collaborative team. Compensation: • Salary Range - $40,000 - $48,000 • Paid Time Off • Holiday Pay • Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: • Assist with transaction management from executed purchase agreement through closing • Coordinate and schedule home inspections, repairs, and other key appointments • Support document collection and compliance tracking within brokerage systems • Communicate with clients, agents, vendors, and service providers in a timely and professional manner • Ensure timelines and key deadlines are met by helping monitor and update transaction checklists • Input and update client information into internal databases and systems • Help prepare necessary disclosures, repair requests, and other documentation as needed • Provide general administrative support to the Transaction Coordinator and team • Support post-closing activities and maintain organized records • Step in with additional team support when needed to help the office run smoothly Qualifications: • Real estate experience strongly preferred (transaction coordination, admin, or similar) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRMs and digital systems • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks simultaneously • Calm, resourceful, and focused under pressure • Positive attitude and a team player mindset • Willingness to obtain a real estate license if required (reimbursement may be available) Compensation: $40,000 - $48,000
