    Are you a licensed NJ real estate professional who loves the process more than the prospecting? The Moriuchi Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven Operations Coordinator to manage the contract-to-close process for our top-performing team. No previous Transaction Coordinator experience is required — we’ll train the right person who has the mindset, the license, and the passion for excellence. In this vital role, you’ll ensure every transaction is seamless, compliant, and stress-free, delivering a “Ritz Carlton” level of service to clients and agents alike. Location: Moorestown & Haddon Township, NJ (In-Office role) Responsibilities: • Assist with all real estate transactions from executed contract to closing • Review contracts and addenda for compliance, accuracy, and deadlines • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, title work, CO Inspections and mortgage payoffs • Serve as a point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys • Maintain organized digital transaction files and update CRM systems • Proactively troubleshoot issues and keep all parties informed • Calculate commissions & prepare invoices Qualifications: • Active New Jersey Real Estate License (required) • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure • Strong time management and multitasking skills • Team-oriented with a flexible, positive attitude • Tech-savvy (experience with DocuSign, ZipForms, BrightMLS , and Google Workspace preferred) Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
