Compensation & Benefits • Salary Range: $45,000–$50,000 (commensurate with experience) • Paid Time OffHealth BenefitsBonus Opportunity Responsibilities: Operations & Accounting • Complete all commission logs and coordinate with central accounting teams • Process daily deposits and review accounts receivable • Handle accounts payable invoices, credit card receipts, and financial documentation • Communicate with agents regarding commission and escrow availability • Maintain regular MLS updates and quarterly compliance Office Management • Oversee daily office operations, including technology, supplies, and vendor relationships (cleaning, landscaping, etc.) • Coordinate and host office events, trainings, masterminds, and team celebrations • Manage payroll setup and reporting for employees • Conduct annual staff performance reviews Agent Services & Leadership • Support new agent onboarding and training, including technology setup • Lead tech support and training on company-specific tools and transaction platforms • Conduct care calls and implement retention initiatives for agents • Help build business projections (appointments, gross/net income, profit) • Communicate performance metrics and assist in course correction plans • Guide agents toward the right productivity resources and solutions • Maintain and communicate the organization’s value package • Take minutes during leadership or committee meetings and follow up on key actions Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) • Experience in real estate operations or brokerage administration • Proficiency in industry-standard tech tools such as CRM platforms, e-signature software, and management systems • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills • Proven leadership and communication abilities • Tech-savvy and eager to train others • Experience in office systems, payroll, and compliance • Familiarity with MLS updates, agent licensing, and transaction coordination • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-first mindset • Enterprising and a solutions-focused approach Compensation: $45,000 – $50,000 commensurate with experience
