Compensation: • Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 • Performance-based bonuses • Paid time off and holidays • Professional development and coaching opportunities • A collaborative, growth-focused work environment Responsibilities: Agent & Team Support • Support multiple agents with listing timelines, scheduling, communication, and coordination. • Prepare and maintain organized listing packets, marketing calendars, and weekly progress reports. • Assist in keeping the team aligned with quarterly and annual goals. Listing Coordination (Primary Focus) • Manage full listing launch process: MLS data entry (Bright), disclosures, vendor scheduling, photography, staging support, lockbox access, showings setup (ShowingTime). • Maintain consistent communication with sellers, agents, and vendors to ensure smooth pre-market + active listing status. • Track all listing deadlines and ensure marketing materials and updates go live on schedule. • Create polished listing presentations and coordinate marketing assets in Lofty and Google Workspace. Marketing & Database Management • Maintain and optimize CRM (Lofty) for clean, accurate data. • Coordinate social and digital listing launch assets. • Support branding consistency across templates, presentation decks, and digital platforms. Operations & Business Tracking • Implement systems that measure listing performance, team goals, and operational KPIs. • Support daily operations to ensure the business remains efficient and scalable. • Utilize Google Workspace to organize internal communication, calendars, and documents. Leadership & Growth • Help reinforce the culture of systems, accountability, documentation, and excellence. • This role will expand as the company scale, ideal for someone looking to grow into higher levels of operations leadership. Qualifications: • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. • Strong project management abilities with a listings-first mindset. • CRM and platform experience strongly preferred: Lofty, Bright MLS, ShowingTime, and Google Workspace. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Extreme detail orientation and timeline accountability. • Ability to manage multiple listings and agent needs with calm efficiency. • Service-minded, resourceful, and motivated by operational improvement.
