    We’re looking for an in-office, detail-oriented, proactive, and people-loving Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our growing team with the HTX Group at Realty of America. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on staying organized, keeping deals on track, and creating a smooth experience for clients and agents Responsibilities: MLS Listings & Property Marketing • Input and manage property listings in HAR.com , ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Schedule professional photography and ensure homes are photo-ready. • Create marketing materials, including flyers (via Canva) and listing presentations. • Coordinate signage installation (Wednesdays) and maintain a log of active signs. Transaction Coordination & Documentation • Manage contract timelines and communicate important dates to buyers and sellers. • Upload necessary documents to Skyslope for compliance and CDA processing. • Track contract milestones and ensure deadlines are met. Client & Agent Support • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on their transactions. • Assist with coordinating and executing client events (quarterly). • Support agents with administrative needs, ensuring a smooth workflow. General Office & Team Coordination • Maintain an organized online data vault for critical documents and logins. • Ensure all processes are followed, improving efficiency and consistency. • Assist with ordering office supplies and planning team activities. Qualifications: • Experience in real estate admin or transaction coordination (preferred but not required). • Proficiency with HAR MLS, Skyslope, Canva, and digital filing systems (or willingness to learn). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment. • A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate team needs. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
