The Keller Williams Hammond Homes Team is looking for its next Real Estate Operations Manager. Compensation: • $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience • Bonus potential • Paid time off • Growth opportunities Responsibilities: • Lead the hiring, onboarding, and training processes for new staff and agents • Develop and maintain systems to ensure data integrity, and hold agents accountable for data-related activities • Design and implement systems and workflows to support both new and ongoing business initiatives, including customer service, internal communication, marketing, tracking, office management, and client care • Support the facilitation of team meetings and take responsibility for tracking team performance against business targets • Monitor and support staff and agents in achieving their annual goals and objectives • Define, track, and report key performance metrics • Create and regularly update the team operations manual to document all organizational systems and standards • Develop, follow, and maintain systems to prevent errors, improve efficiency, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks • Create and regularly update the team operations manual to document all organizational systems and standards • Anticipate potential issues and implement proactive solutions to prevent disruptions • Collaborate with the team to create and distribute marketing materials for listings and client outreach • Continuously analyze and refine workflows to create efficiencies and enhance the overall client and team experience Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Real estate license required • 1–3 years of service and management experience preferred • 3–5 years of administrative experience preferred, preferably in real estate Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
