    This is a high-level, full-time, in-office position based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Candidates must be local to the Santa Fe area — remote and hybrid arrangements are not available for this role. You will work side by side with the Team Leaders to keep the business organized, clients informed, and every listing and transaction moving forward. You will be trusted with sensitive information, client relationships, and the operational details that keep a high-producing real estate team running at its best. This role is a strong fit if you are: • Steady, calm, and solutions-oriented even when things get busy • Naturally detailed, dependable, and strong with follow-through • Comfortable taking ownership once goals and expectations are clear • Willing to speak up and kindly manage up when something needs attention • Committed to learning new platforms and systems quickly and thoroughly • Ready to receive regular feedback and apply it with a growth mindset Compensation • Expected base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and licensing • Eligible for a performance-based bonus after a successful initial period • Full-time employee position Location & Schedule • In-office role based in Santa Fe, New Mexico — this is a firm requirement; no remote or hybrid option is available • Standard Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional evenings or weekends during busy seasons or special events • Regular errands in and around the Santa Fe area, using your own reliable transportation Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations to ensure our real estate team functions smoothly and efficiently. • Coordinate with team leaders to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction. • Manage and maintain sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality and care. • Ensure all listings and transactions are accurately tracked and progress without delay. • Facilitate clear communication between clients and team members to keep everyone informed. • Implement and monitor systems to improve operational workflows and team productivity. • Lead efforts to resolve any operational challenges swiftly and effectively, maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure. Qualifications: • Experience in managing complex calendars and prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless daily operations. • Ability to organize and triage communications effectively, ensuring no detail is overlooked. • Proven track record of leading projects from start to finish, particularly in listing preparation and coordination. • Strong skills in supporting contract-to-closing processes, with a keen eye for tracking important dates and documents. • Proficiency in maintaining and improving team systems, including task management tools and client databases. • Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience through professional communication and thoughtful service. • Capability to run errands efficiently in the Santa Fe area, using personal reliable transportation as needed. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
