    Join our innovative real estate office as a Real Estate Operations Manager, where you'll transition from a seasoned real estate agent to a leadership role. In this pivotal position, you'll oversee daily operations, implement revenue-generating strategies, and recruit top-tier agents. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative staff, ensuring smooth office operations, and fostering a positive work environment. You'll collaborate with the sales team to achieve financial targets and enhance our brand presence through strategic marketing initiatives. Please note a Real Estate License is required prior to being hired for this role, and this is an in-office Mon-Fri Daytime hours role within our Downingtown, PA location. Remote work not available at this time. Responsibilities: Daily Operations Management: • Oversee daily office activities, ensuring smooth operations. • Manage administrative staff, conduct performance reviews, and address task completion gaps. • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures. • Hire and train new staff within budget guidelines. Revenue Generation: • Develop strategies to increase revenue • Monitor financial performance and collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets. • Enhance Preferred Vendor Partnerships and maintain a minimum monthly revenue Agent Recruitment and Retention: • Recruit, onboard, and retain talented real estate agents • Provide training and support to increase Net Income Per Agent • Foster a positive work environment Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement: • Track KPIs, analyze data, and implement corrective actions. • Prepare performance reports and identify operational efficiencies. Marketing and Branding: • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and enhance brand image. • Develop strategies to attract clients and agents, increasing event attendance Client and Transaction Management: • Oversee client interactions, ensuring high satisfaction levels. • Manage transaction processes for timely and accurate completion. Compliance and Risk Management: • Ensure compliance with laws and industry standards. • Implement risk management strategies. Technology and Tools: • Manage real estate software and tools, train staff, and seek new technologies. Team Leadership: • Lead and motivate staff and agents, promoting continuous improvement. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Proven experience in real estate operations management or a similar role in a real estate office setting. • Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Demonstrated ability to develop revenue-generating strategies. • Experience in recruiting and retaining real estate agents. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in real estate software and tools. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
