    We are looking for a driven, highly organized Operations Manager to help lead and grow our fast-paced real estate team in Anacortes, WA. This is a full-time, in-office leadership position Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. This role is the operational backbone of the company and a direct partner to the Owner and leadership team. You will oversee team operations, support agent performance, improve systems and accountability, and help drive company growth and profitability. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on. You can see the big picture while also managing the daily details that keep a high-performing organization running efficiently. You are energized by solving problems, building systems, coaching people, improving performance, and helping teams succeed. You’ll work closely with buyer agents, listing agents, ISAs, and administrative staff to strengthen processes, improve communication, increase accountability, and create a consistent five-star client experience. This role also plays a key part in recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting new agents as the company continues to grow. Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development • Support and coach buyer agents, listing agents, ISAs, and administrative staff • Help recruit, onboard, and train new and experienced real estate agents • Facilitate weekly team meetings and accountability check-ins • Assist agents in improving sales skills, lead conversion, and goal achievement • Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture Operations & Systems Management • Oversee and improve company systems, workflows, processes, and accountability • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity • Develop, update, and maintain company policies and procedures • Ensure consistency across all departments and team operations • Serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting operational challenges Reporting & Business Performance • Track and report on agent KPIs, conversion rates, profitability, and team performance • Provide leadership with actionable reporting and business insights • Monitor lead sources, lead flow, and lead distribution systems • Analyze team effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth and improvement Technology & Automation • Help implement and optimize technology platforms, automation, and CRM systems • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to improve lead nurturing and client engagement • Identify opportunities to leverage automation to improve efficiency and ROI • Maintain strong knowledge of all company systems, tools, and marketing platforms Strategic Growth & Accountability • Work directly with the Owner to support company goals, growth initiatives, and operational priorities • Help create scalable systems that support long-term growth • Improve accountability and process consistency across the organization • Ensure compliance with local board requirements and company standards Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience leading or managing operations in a fast-paced environment • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations • Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Strong organizational and project management skills • Experience improving systems, processes, and team accountability • Comfortable using CRMs, reporting systems, Google Workspace, and business technology platforms • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and ownership • Adaptable and comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail • Positive attitude and team-first mentality • Ability to coach, motivate, and support people with different personalities and work styles • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills • Professional, dependable, and growth-minded • Real estate industry experience is preferred but not required Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
