    The Collective is hiring an Operations Manager to serve as the key integrator and operational leader behind a high-performing real estate team. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-minded champion. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, streamline internal systems, and serve as a key driver behind the team’s communication, structure, and growth. In this role, you will support the CEO in translating big ideas into executable plans, manage team systems and communication, and begin to take on responsibilities like budgeting, performance tracking, and team development. This is a growth seat—ideal for someone who wants more leadership, more impact, and a long-term seat at the table. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily team operations and administrative processes with structure and consistency • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and communications to protect their time and priorities • Ensure all listings and transactions are executed with accuracy, care, and professionalism • Own the team's CRM system and client database, including lead tracking and reporting • Coordinate marketing efforts, from listing collateral to social media posts • Track team performance metrics and maintain dashboards for accountability • Support onboarding, training, and internal team communication as we grow • Assist in managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with the CEO Qualifications: • 2+ years in a fast-paced administrative, project management, or operations role • You are detail-oriented, organized, and naturally take ownership of outcomes • You’re proactive, resourceful, and able to keep people and projects moving forward • You’re emotionally intelligent and know how to communicate clearly, calmly, and confidently • You love real estate, but you’re even more passionate about building systems and leading teams • You’re ready to grow into a bigger leadership role with mentorship and trust • Bonus: Familiarity with CRMs, MLS, Canva, and Google Workspace • Real estate license is a plus, but not required Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
