Join a Top-Producing, Multi-State Real Estate Team in a Behind-the-Scenes role! This is a remote role for someone residing in the United States and available to work 9:00-5:30 M-F Eastern Time. We are a high-volume real estate team with 70+ agents across 5 states, and we’re seeking a Real Estate Operations Manager to lead and oversee our back-office operations - must have actual Listing and Transaction Coordination experience as well as demonstrated management of subordinates doing the same. This is a critical behind-the-scenes leadership role for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for managing the people and processes that support our agents from listing to close, including listing coordinators, transaction coordinators, international administrative staff, couriers, photographers, and other operational staff. Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee a team of listing coordinators, transaction coordinators, international administrative staff, couriers, and photographers • Ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of all listing-to-close processes • Provide training and support to new and existing team members • Conduct quality control, audit paperwork, and support MLS compliance • Identify system gaps, evaluate needs, and implement operational improvements • Serve as a resource for agents, problem-solving issues that arise during transactions or listings • Conduct annual performance reviews and maintain accountability across all operational roles Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in real estate listing coordination and/or transaction coordination • At least 2 of those years must include leading a team of TCs, LCs, or similar operational staff • Deep understanding of the listing-to-close process, including timelines, compliance, and documentation, and fostering positive agent relationships • Proven ability to train, audit, and hold others accountable to high-performance standards • Impeccable attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and follow-through • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working in a high-volume, multi-state environment • Proficiency with platforms such as Skyslope, Dotloop, Open to Close, Brivity, and Google Workspace Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
