Qualifications: • Experience: Track record of commitment and growth within their roles, typically 2+ years in similar positions; real estate experience preferred but not required. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Canva or similar tools. • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Leadership: Proven ability to build systems and processes from the ground up, with minimal guidance. • Personality Fit: Results-oriented, data-driven, and proactive, with a calm and collaborative approach under pressure. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
