    We’re looking for a Real Estate Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing real estate wholesaling team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential property sellers. Your job is to initiate outbound conversations, understand seller situations, qualify leads, and set strong appointments for the acquisitions team. You’ll play a critical role in driving deal flow by keeping communication clear, organized, and professional while representing the company with confidence and integrity. Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + commissions on closed deals ($6-$8/hr + $300 bonus on closed deals set by you) Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential property sellers • Build a quick rapport and uncover seller motivation • Qualify leads based on situation, timeline, and intent • Set appointments for the acquisitions team • Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM • Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure smooth handoffs Qualifications: • Clear, confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with challenges • Proven history of strong performance • High integrity and personal accountability • Fast learner with a growth mindset Compensation: $6 - $8 hourly
