Our mission is simple: Serve 100 families per month in Celebration, FL To reach that goal, we are looking for motivated agents ready to plug into a system that already generates results—no guessing, no cold calling, no chasing leads. What You’ll Get • 1,000+ new leads every week • 2–3+ pre-set appointments per agent weeklyNo cold calling or prospecting required • All appointments are vetted and booked by our inside sales team • Proven CRM, scripts, and follow-up systems • Weekly training, coaching, and mentorship • Team-supported open house opportunities with leads provided • High-energy, supportive team culture • Strong earning potential with upside commissions Responsibilities: • Meet with motivated buyers and sellers and guide them through the transaction process • Convert pre-set appointments into closed deals • Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM and systems • Deliver a high-level client experience that drives referrals • Host open houses and convert attendees into active clients • Manage your pipeline, calendar, and appointments efficiently Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License (required) • Full-time availability and commitment to production • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented • Coachable, driven, and results-focused • Positive, growth-oriented mindset • Sales experience is a plus, but not required Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
