Responsibilities: • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Qualifications: • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • A valid Texas Real Estate License is required Compensation: $76,500 at plan earnings
