We have an opening for a Sales Representative to join our growing sales team at the Boise Airport. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in home sales is not required. The Airport Ambassador greets airport guests from our booth at baggage claim, shares the Boise Homes Magazine, and generates leads by collecting contact information. The Ambassador is responsible for utilizing our CRM to track leads and maintain communication through Action Plans and phone calls until leads are ready to buy or scheduled to return to the Boise area. Responsibilities: • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers Qualifications: • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 a year
