We have an opening for a Builder Relations Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, a business-minded spirit, and a great work ethic. Previous experience in home sales is not required; however, an active real estate license will be required within 90 days of your start. Responsibilities: • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base • Maintain and grow existing partnerships to expand our sales results • Utilize various marketing platforms to bring exposure to Builders in the area • Building relationships with sales counselors in the north side of Houston (Hwy 249 and up), through constant visits, lunches, happy hours, and dinners • Connect builders with our marketing team to execute marketing concepts Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Presentable • Sales experience a plus • Outgoing • Self-motivated • Responsible • Interpersonal skills Compensation: $70,000 - $150,000 yearly
