Responsibilities: • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Database and CRM Mastery • Close sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $135,000 at plan
