Responsibilities: • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Team and DB lead generation • Lead follow-up • Close buyer or seller sales Qualifications: • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • Real estate license required • Income reflects when hitting goals • Sales experience Compensation: $160,000+ at plan commissions
