Responsibilities: • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Team and DB lead generation • Lead follow-up • Close buyer or seller sales Qualifications: • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Real estate license required • Income reflects when hitting goals • Sales experience Compensation: $160,000+ at plan commissions
