Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Team and DB lead generation • Lead follow-up • Close buyer or seller sales Qualifications: • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Real estate license required • Sales experience Compensation: $160,000+ at plan commissions
