Responsibilities: • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Database and CRM Mastery • Close sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Passionate about selling • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $135,000 at plan
