Responsibilities: • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion • Lead follow-up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Real estate license • Good communication • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance to the office Compensation: $150,000 at plan
