EmpowerHome Team – Florida is expanding in Celebration, Kissimmee, and the greater Orlando market, and we are looking for driven Real Estate Sales Agents who want a structured system with real opportunities to meet clients and close deals. The Opportunity We provide a steady flow of qualified buyer and seller appointments so you can focus on what actually drives income in real estate: Meeting clients. Writing offers. Closing transactions. Instead of spending your time cold calling, prospecting, or trying to generate your own leads, you’ll step into a system built to support production from day one. What You Can Expect • Consistent buyer and seller appointments provided • No cold calling, door knocking, or self-generated lead chasing required • Inside Sales team setting and qualifying appointments for you • Proven scripts, CRM, and follow-up systems • Structured training and weekly coaching • Marketing and administrative support • Open house opportunities with provided leads • Team environment focused on accountability and performance Agents who follow the system are able to get into production quickly and build momentum with real clients. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Meet with pre-set buyer and seller appointments • Conduct consultations and guide clients through the buying/selling process • Convert appointments into signed agreements and closed transactions • Maintain pipeline and follow-up using provided systems • Host and convert open house opportunities • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For • Active Florida Real Estate License (required) • Full-time availability and commitment to production • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Coachable, motivated, and results-driven mindset • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment • Professional attitude and desire to grow income Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
