Responsibilities: • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Qualifications: • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus Compensation: $80,000+/yr estimated commission
