Responsibilities: • Show up to pre-booked buyer and seller appointments - we generate and book them for you • Present, serve, and close using our proven scripts, presentations, and systems • Deliver outstanding client experiences from contract to closing • Follow the Kings of Real Estate playbook - the system works when you work it • Attend weekly team training and coaching sessions • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their transaction • Collaborate with our full-time admin and transaction coordination team • Represent the Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty brand with integrity • Participate in our Go Serve Big community impact initiatives Qualifications: Required: • Active Tennessee real estate license (or currently in the process of obtaining one) • Self-motivated and driven to earn $100,000+ annually • Coachable - willing to follow a proven system • Strong people skills and a genuine desire to help clients • Reliable transportation and a smartphone Preferred (Not Required): • Previous real estate sales experience at any level • Background in sales, hospitality, customer service, or any client-facing role • Familiarity with the Johnson City, Kingsport, or Bristol markets • Track record of following through on commitments We do not just hire resumes.
