Responsibilities: • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus Compensation: $80,000-120,000 at plan commission
