Responsibilities: • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently Qualifications: • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Real Estate License Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
