We're looking for an experienced real estate paralegal to join our team and play a central role in managing our closing process from start to finish. This isn't a background-support position; you will work directly alongside our attorneys and have real ownership over the title and closing workflow. Responsibilities: • Manage the real estate closing process end-to-end, from contract to settlement • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and title companies • Prepare and review title commitments, closing disclosures, and settlement statements • Order and track title searches, surveys, payoffs, and lien releases • Prepare closing packages and ensure all conditions are satisfied prior to settlement • Maintain transaction files and deadlines with precision • Support attorneys with real estate matters across residential and commercial transactions Qualifications: • 2–5 years of experience in real estate closings, title work, or as a real estate paralegal • Familiarity with Pennsylvania real estate transactions and title insurance requirements • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple transactions simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication. You will be the point of contact for a lot of moving parts • A proactive, solutions-first mindset. You catch problems before they become problems. • No paralegal certificate required; relevant experience is what counts. • Certification as a notary public is not required, but is appreciated Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
