We are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to become a part of our team in our Jacksonville location! Salary is commensurate with experience. Submit your salary requirement with your application.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients, title insurance companies, lenders, and attorneys to acquire, analyze, and organize all necessary documents needed to process closing packages
• Preparing settlement statements for real estate transactions
• Performing post-closing activities

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a real estate paralegal (at least 2 years preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Experience with SoftPro
• Ability to multitask and balance the workload to accommodate the demands of the job while exceeding client expectations
• Understand how to prepare legal documents and correspondence
• Must be friendly, detail oriented, and willing to work as part of a team
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle confidential information
• Notary Public preferred
