Responsibilities: • • Coordinate and manage real estate transactions from inception to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met. • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and closing statements, with meticulous attention to detail. • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues. • Maintain organized and up-to-date files, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with legal standards. • Conduct thorough title searches and resolve any discrepancies to ensure clear property titles. • Assist in drafting and filing legal documents related to estate planning, wills, and trusts. • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence efficiently and professionally. Qualifications: Non-Negotiable Requirements • Active Florida Title Agent License • In-office availability in Hollywood, FL • 5+ years of title closing experience • Proven ability to manage 30–40+ files per month independently • Experience working with processors (including remote processors) • Proficiency with title software (Qualia preferred) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to perform under deadlines in a high-volume environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000
