HERS Advisors has partnered with a successful multiservice law firm who have a need for a stellar Real Estate Paralegal to work in their West Los Angeles office (hybrid). Firm boasts a 7-hour day and low billable requirement!

Requirements for Real Estate Paralegal:

• Compliance with the Calif. Business and Professions Code Sections 6450-6456. Incumbent should ideally possess a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program OR accredited post-secretary institution; paralegal declaration accepted in lieu of these requirements.

• 3+ years of real estate experience working in a law firm.
• Heavy title and survey experience is required.
