Responsibilities:

\- Handle commercial real estate closings from start to finish

\- Learn and effectively use SoftPro

\- Sit with purchasers at closing and explain the closing statement and closing documents

\- Order title, review title, and issue title commitments

\- Draft closing documents

\- Prepare closing statements

\- Communicate with lenders and purchasers

\- Coordinate with lenders to obtain funding approvals

\- Coordinate disbursements

\- Issue title policies

\- Send out closing packages

\- Must be a notary
