Seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal/Legal Assistant to contribute to my practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Drafting contracts, deeds, transfer tax returns, and mortgage loan documents
• Ordering title insurance
• Clearing title objections
• Coordinating and scheduling closings
• Formatting documents
• Working with ACRIS
• General administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to function in a high-paced environment
• Proficiency with Office Suite, Word, and Excel
