Responsibilities: • Manage residential real estate closings from Purchase & Sale through post-closing with accuracy and efficiency • Coordinate with lenders, agents, clients, and municipal offices to ensure smooth, timely transactions • Order and review title, address routine title issues, and track mortgage discharges • Prepare and manage closing documents using Qualia, eClose, and related real estate platforms • Support attorneys with conveyancing-related transactional and administrative tasks • Maintain organized, compliant electronic and physical files Qualifications: • 3+ years of Massachusetts residential real estate conveyancing experience required • Strong proficiency with web-based real estate platforms and Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of Qualia, eClose, or similar closing software strongly preferred • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through • Experience with or exposure to commercial real estate transactions is desirable but not required Compensation: $55,000+
