Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage real estate transactions from Purchase & Sale through post-closing, ensuring seamless processes. • Collaborate closely with attorneys, lenders, and clients to facilitate clear communication and timely updates. • Prepare and review legal documents, including deeds, mortgages, and title commitments, to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Work with Qualia, Eclose, Claude, and other online platforms and AI. • Order and review title searches and resolve any issues to guarantee clear property titles. • Maintain organized and detailed transaction files, supporting efficient and accurate record-keeping. • Prepare closing packages and file for closing. • Assist in scheduling and coordinating closings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. • Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and offering guidance throughout the transaction process. Qualifications: • 3+ years of Massachusetts residential real estate conveyancing experience required. • Strong proficiency with web-based real estate platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. • Working knowledge of Qualia, eClose, or similar closing software strongly preferred. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Compensation: $55,000+
