Responsibilities: • Attract and welcome talented residential real estate agents and support team members to join the organization. • Oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and making final selections. • Collaborate with leadership to create and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to the residential market. • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while tracking progress through internal systems. • Represent and share Cr8tive Realty’s culture and values to inspire and attract top residential real estate talent. Qualifications: • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or residential real estate recruiting is essential. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships. • Highly motivated, well-organized, and driven to achieve goals. • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup. • Familiarity with CRM systems or recruiting platforms is an advantage. Compensation: $100,000+ Potential Performance-Based Earnings
