Real Estate Photographer (Project-Based, In-House)
Location: Anacortes, WA | Project-Based | In-Person Shoots
Center Stage Home Design is expanding! We’re seeking a talented real estate photographer to join our growing team on a project-based basis. If you have an eye for capturing beautiful interiors and architectural details, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Photograph staged and vacant homes across Skagit, Island, and surrounding counties
Capture interior and exterior listing shots (approx. 30–50 edited images per shoot)
Capture occasional marketing shots of our staging installations for social media and portfolio use
Transport and set up gear provided by our company
Upload raw image files after each shoot — we provide the editing service
What We Provide
All photography equipment (DSLR, lenses, lighting, etc.)
Professional editing services handled by our team
Steady stream of projects from our busy staging and design pipeline
Creative direction and support from our in-house team
Pay Structure
Flat per-project pay ($75–$150 depending on shoot type)
Additional compensation for travel or special projects when applicable
All images remain the property of Center Stage Home Design
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, self-motivated photographer with a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and real estate photography best practices
Experience with interior/architectural photography preferred
Comfortable working solo and on-location (vacant homes only — no client interaction required)
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Flexible weekday availability (most shoots are scheduled M–F)
