The ideal candidate will have expertise in taking photographs, video, and drone footage as well as experience in editing and creating marketing materials. The saying ‘a picture is worth a thousand words’ is perhaps more relevant in our industry than any other. The best visual representation of our properties is critical in order to best market and sell the properties in our portfolio. Responsibilities: • Edit and manipulate photos to produce high quality results • Maintain a flexible schedule and attend multiple shoots per day or week in order to meet the needs of our clients • Help in the creation of website and all social media content to highlight agency’s professionalism and properties • Advise real estate agents and homeowners on staging during the photo shoot to help ensure the best visual results • Take quality video of all properties to post on social media and websites Qualifications: • Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects • Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment • Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite • Real estate photography experience a plus, but we will train the right person • Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines • The dedication to turnaround times and being present in our office space when not shooting Compensation: $67,000 yearly
