  • Responsibilities

    • Full-time, salaried real estate photography role with a focus on execution, scheduling, and fast turnaround • Responsible for photographing listings, coordinating with homeowners, and delivering edited media within 24 hours • Includes use of company-provided drone, 360 camera, and work van; Part 107 drone license required • Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a SEP retirement account Responsibilities: • Coordinate and schedule listing photo shoots directly with homeowners • Photograph and video residential real estate listings, including interior, exterior, drone, and 360 shots • Edit and deliver all media assets within 24 hours after the shoot , following company standards • Use company-provided drone and 360 camera; operate within FAA regulations • Maintain consistent communication with the Director of Client Care regarding scheduling and file delivery • Upload and organize final media files in internal systems accurately and on time • Occasionally, photograph team events or office functions (approximately once per quarter) • Ensure professionalism and brand consistency at all times during homeowner and team interactions Qualifications: • Experience working with different lenses, lighting, and video equipment • Good computer skills and experience with using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop are a must • Real estate photography experience is a plus, but we will train the right person • Can manage multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and meet all deadlines • Outgoing personality who likes working with people and can adapt and implement last-minute creative suggestions and changes • Must have a Part 107 (or be willing to obtain it) Compensation: $40,000 - $75,000
