Ensure all visual materials meet company standards and are delivered within specified timelines. • Signage Management Accurately install and remove "For Sale" signs and directional signage at designated locations promptly. Maintain signage inventory and ensure all materials are in excellent condition. • Client Interaction and Professionalism Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients, team members, and the community. Communicate effectively to confirm schedules and provide updates as needed. • Equipment Maintenance and Compliance Regularly inspect and maintain photography, drone, and signage equipment to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to all safety guidelines and legal requirements, including FAA regulations for drone operations. Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate photography and drone operations, with a portfolio demonstrating skills. • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate for commercial drone use. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation capable of carrying equipment and signage. • Proficiency in photo and video editing software. • Physical ability to handle equipment and signage installations in various weather conditions • Enjoys working with all types of people and is able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments. • Must have video experience for a walkthrough of homes. • Must have a driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation. • A Company Van will be provided for shoots. • Must be willing to put out and pick up signs for listings.
