Keller Williams is seeking a driven and dedicated Productivity Coach to mentor and develop newly licensed real estate agents. This leadership position is centered on guiding agents as they build, grow, and sustain successful real estate careers. As a Productivity Coach, you will provide consistent accountability, hands-on training, and one-on-one mentorship while ensuring agents implement Keller Williams’ proven systems, models, and tools. Your leadership will play a key role in helping agents achieve measurable success and in driving the continued growth and performance of the Market Center. Responsibilities: • Lead one-on-one and group coaching sessions for new agents. • Hold agents accountable for their lead generation and production goals. • Track performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement. • Assist agents in building business plans aligned with their goals. • Collaborate with Market Center leadership to align with growth initiatives. • Foster a culture of productivity, accountability, and success. • Enter and update lead data in CRM. • Use email templates and texting tools for client communication. • Track and organize tasks and appointments for agents. • Assist in setting up calendar appointments for buyers and sellers. • Support the team by maintaining organized client workflows. • Monitor lead response times and report follow-up outcomes. Qualifications: • Active real estate license (required). • Demonstrated success in real estate production with a track record of an average of ~ $5mm in sales volume annually. • Strong communication, teaching, and coaching skills. • Knowledge of Keller Williams’ models and systems (preferred but not mandatory). • Passion for helping others achieve success through accountability. • Basic proficiency with computers and CRM systems. • Real Estate License or working toward licensure. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to follow standard procedures and timelines. • Independent worker who can manage multiple tasks. • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Compensation: $125,000 - $192,000 yearly
