This will involve conducting market research to find suitable properties, discussing clients' needs and budgets, preparing marketing materials and agreements, and negotiating the best deals for your clients. Customer service is also a vital part of this role, ensuring that every client is satisfied throughout the entire process. We are seeking professionals who have a strong understanding of the NC real estate market. Being a skilled negotiator and having a comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations are essential for success in this role. Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service will also play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Consult with new clients in order to discover their needs and desires, and then fill them • Act as an intermediary between your client and potential buyers/sellers from beginning to end • Participate in open houses, networking activities, and the MLS to enhance your sales • Present purchase offers to sellers, and write purchase offers for buyers • Mentoring to help new agents thoroughly understand how to take clients from an offer to the closing table • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers • Become an expert on contracts and keep up with changes • Mentor new agents Qualifications: • Must have an active North Carolina Real Estate License • Self-motivated & goal-oriented • Willingness to learn the most current tools, systems, and technologies • Display a people-oriented, positive, and client-focused attitude • Must be coachable and have the desire to grow • Attend trainings and mentor other agents • Experience with contracts and Dotloop • Have a passion for giving back to your community Compensation: $75,000 - 150,000 yearly
