Responsibilities: • Establish organizational processes for tools, equipment, and vehicles and arrange for maintenance as needed • Oversee the work of all general contractors and their laborers and guide as necessary to ensure high-quality work • Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met • Forecast monetary needs for the project and accurately manage the budget • Determine the project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labor needed by collaborating with clients, engineers, and architects Qualifications: • Experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. • Ability to negotiate and manage contracts with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve favorable terms. • Proven track record of producing detailed progress reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. • Strong skills in budget estimation and financial management to control project costs effectively. • Proficiency in scheduling and timeline management to ensure project milestones are met. • Experience in supervising and directing contractors and laborers to maintain high-quality standards. • PMP is a bonus! Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 yearly
