    Arrivls Inc. is a locally owned property management company with a growing portfolio of high-performing short-term (vacation) rentals and mid-term furnished rentals spanning the Coachella Valley in the Greater Palm Springs area of California. We're searching for a punctual, detail-oriented Property Manager to provide quality control and administrative support. On the quality control side, you will be responsible for performing detailed inspections (we call them "perfection inspections") of the rental properties after the cleaning team has finished - you'll be the final set of eyes on the property before the guests arrive. During inspections, you may encounter some household items that need repair or maintenance, so some familiarity with basic hand tools is a plus. Training and tools will be provided to expand your skillset if needed. On the administrative side, you’ll primarily be responsible for purchasing and restocking property supplies and maintaining inventory. Other administrative tasks may include support in cleaning scheduling, property errands, or stepping in to help with guest communication as needed. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits and requires the use of your own vehicle to travel between properties. You will also be required to lift occasional loads of 50 lbs and have mobility to perform household maintenance tasks. Applicants should be extremely thorough, a self-starter, and possess excellent communication skills. Being familiar with simple household repairs or a willingness to learn is a must. The schedule is variable and flexible, but core working hours of 10 am-3 pm should be expected. Responsibilities: • Inspect rental properties before each check-in to ensure the house is clean, properly stocked, and well-presented for guests • Fix minor cleanliness or staging issues on the spot and report damages or maintenance issues • Perform supply inventory and household item inventory, and restock as needed • Administrative tasks as needed • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties Qualifications: • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person • High School Diploma or GED required • Excellent communication skills - candidate should be a self-starter and able to work with limited oversight • Proficient smartphone user who can receive task assignments and report on status through an app • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs • Unparalleled attention to detail • Team-player attitude with a willingness to step in and help when needed • Reliable vehicle to drive throughout the Coachella Valley to different properties • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
