Responsibilities: • Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objects are being met • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction • Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property • Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards is being upheld Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • High School Diploma or equivalent • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person • Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • This is not a remote job Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 yearly
