We are looking for our next great remote Apfolio-trained property manager. The property manager will oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and be accountable for the coordination of property maintenance requests and vendor management, lease renewal and administration, MLS and marketing for new leases and posting, processing vendor payments, and owner reports on a monthly basis. Minimum of 3-5 years working with Appfolio. This role is best suited for someone who can contribute with minimal ramp-up time. It’s not an entry-level position. Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of single-family rental homes • Monitor incoming leads and prospects, and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers • Coordinate with tenants, maintain lease documentation, monitor renewals, delinquency, and inspections • Coordinates resolution of maintenance requests, vendor relationships, and contractor workmanship • Assists in rent collections, accounts payable, etc., to ensure smooth operations of the property Qualifications: • At least 2–5 years of experience in residential property management, ideally with single-family homes • Proficient verbal and written English language skills • Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations independently and efficiently • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills • Familiarity with the full property management cycle, including leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and renewals • Comfortable working in a small-team environment and taking initiative without constant oversight Compensation: $5 hourly
