Responsibilities: • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process • Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction • Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of homeowner associations • Coordinate with the homeowners, board members, and vendors to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with HOA rules and regulations • Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents for board meetings and homeowner meetings • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for common areas, amenities, and individual properties within the community • Assist in conducting property inspections and enforcing HOA rules and regulations • Respond promptly to homeowner inquiries and requests for assistance • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting HOA management Qualifications: • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • Basic understanding of MS Office • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends • High School Diploma or GED required • 2-3 years of experience in property management or related fields, with a focus on homeowner association management • Strong understanding of HOA governing documents, including bylaws, CC&Rs, and rules and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with homeowners, board members, vendors, and other stakeholders • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team Compensation: $52,000 - $56,000
