Responsibilities: • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner • Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers • Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant’s satisfaction • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly • Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase the advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants • Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills, and perform other duties to make certain financial objectives are being met • Establishes rental rates by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing Qualifications: • Some weekend and evening hours required • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Basic understanding of MS Office • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members Compensation: $55,000 yearly
